Refund policy

StackPulse Routine Planning Co., Ltd. (TIN 0105854465211) offers paid decision-making and personal planning sessions related to habit priorities and sustainable routines. Because specific packages and prices are agreed individually, the following standard terms apply unless your written service agreement states otherwise.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees you paid directly to us for scheduled planning sessions or documented prep work that has not yet been delivered as agreed.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of any prepaid fee for that session, or one free reschedule within 30 days.
- Within 48 hours: up to 50% refund of the prepaid session fee, because the slot cannot be offered to others on short notice.
- No-show without notice: no refund for that session.
Proposed window — confirm with your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority reschedule at your choice.
Partial delivery
If work has started (e.g., completed routine survey analysis delivered) and you cancel, we refund only the portion not yet performed, documented in your agreement.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs we prepaid on your behalf, and completed deliverables you already received, are non-refundable unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email info@stackpulse.store or call +66-2-375-8291 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days where the payment provider allows; otherwise we agree an alternative traceable transfer.
Rescheduling
One reschedule per prepaid session is included if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in your agreement.
Deposits
Deposits hold calendar time. They follow the same cancellation windows above unless a different deposit rule is written in your quote.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act. If a term conflicts with law, the law prevails.
