Routine survey
What the routine survey covers
Before deeper planning work, we run a structured routine survey—think of it as a calm instrument pass over your week. It is not a scorecard and not a personality quiz. The survey captures where decisions stall, which habits protect your focus, and which commitments collide on Ramkhamhaeng commute days or late meetings.
Sections inside the survey
- Priority stack — You rank outcomes (health, craft, family, learning) for the next planning horizon. We note what you are explicitly deprioritizing.
- Time topography — Fixed anchors (sleep, childcare, transit) versus flexible blocks. We mark where decision fatigue tends to spike.
- Habit defense lines — Small behaviors that keep larger goals from eroding: hydration, movement, shutdown rituals, inbox boundaries.
- Review rhythm — How often you want to revisit the plan (weekly glance, monthly reset) and who else needs visibility at home or work.
After the survey
Results feed a planning conversation—live or remote—where we translate answers into a sustainable routine sketch. Session formats and any fees are discussed privately; this page does not list packages or prices as fixed offers.
